Rules and Stuff
REFUNDS
Oh, refunds. What a delightful topic. Well, let me make one thing clear - I do not offer refunds. Nope, not a chance. Unless, of course, there's an issue funding a P4P. In that case, if I can't self-fund the remaining balance, I'll reluctantly give you a refund.
EXCHANGES
Nah, not really my thing. Unless, of course, the mistake is on my end. If I happen to send you the wrong pin or the wrong variant (oopsie daisy), I'll cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item. I'm not that heartless, you know. But don't even think about asking for an exchange because you changed your mind. I'm not that generous.
DAMAGES
Oh, the joy of receiving a pin with a heavy flaw. If that happens, please contact me. I'll pretend to care and discuss the issue further.
I do my best to pack each order, but the post office often handles packages with all the care of a bull in a china shop. So, if any damages occur while in transit, tough luck. I'm not responsible for that.
SHIPPING
Shipping, the final frontier. Once a package is in the hands of the post office, it's out of my control. So if your package goes missing, or the tracking info hasn’t updated in days, don't come crying to me. I don't have a crystal ball to tell you where it went.
If there are any issues once the item is marked as shipped, contact the post office and file a claim. It's not my problem anymore.
PRE-ORDERS
Ah, the joy of waiting. If you decide to pre-order a pin, be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait some more. It can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to get your hands on that shiny little piece of metal. When you pre-order you are agreeing to wait.
And guess what? If it doesn't turn out exactly like the art, tough luck. I'm not here to please your every whim. I will make changes to a design if I deem it necessary (i.e. - removing screenprint or changing an effect).
Oh, and don't even think about asking me to extend the pre-order period. It's 24 hours, no exceptions. Miss out? Not my problem.
GRADING
P4P's are ungraded. If you receive one with a major flaw, let me know. But if it's just a tiny little mark or imperfection, well, tough beans. That's what you get for expecting perfection.
As for all other pins, they're just standard grade. A/B, most makers would say.
If I have flawed pins left over after filling pre-orders, well, lucky you. I'll discount them and include them in any extra drops I have. Flawed pins, just what you've always wanted.
Flawed pins are pins that have some sort of visible mark (i.e. missing screenprint, dent in the enamel, etc.) The severity of the flaw will vary.
PRODUCTION UPDATES
If you want updates on the production of the pins, check out my Instagram highlights. Maybe you'll find something there.
TRADING AND SELLING
Sure, go ahead and trade or sell my pins once they’re in hand. I don't really care.
Just don't try to trade a pre-order. That's a big no-no. If I find out you're trying to trade a pre-order you won't be welcome in my store anymore.
And if you repeatedly purchase my LE pins just to turn around and trade or sell them, well, I might ban you too. It's not fair to those who actually want to keep the pin but miss out because you're playing games. So play fair, or don't play at all.
IN HAND DROPS AND DROP BUDDIES
Drop buddies are allowed, but don't expect me to combine orders or change addresses.
I WILL NOT change addresses or combine in hand orders.
When it comes to LE drops, there's a limit of one per customer. So don't get greedy.
If you purchase more than one LE pin I will cancel your order and restock the pin for someone else to buy.
And there you have it, folks. The rules of the game. Follow them or suffer the consequences.
